The team at GOV.UK want to know how they can better serve people who are attempting to hold the government to account, and understand the reasoning behind government decisions. Whilst you may not identify as someone who ‘holds the government to account’, they are interested in any of your experiences using GOV.UK to find information you’re looking for. There might also be other places where you go to scrutinise government activity and policy, which they’d also be keen to hear about.
